As a picky wife David Powell Construction really went above and beyond for all of our needs for our renovation. They were so patient and understanding even when I wasn’t fully sure the direction I wanted to go with construction. The knowledge and attention to detail on every little thing was impeccable!!!! They really brought to life what I had envisioned and it came out better than I could of ever dreamed!!! And for that I couldn’t thank them enough! They never half a$$ed anything and kept cost down which was a huge bonus when other company’s wanted to charge an outrageous amount. Powell Construction every time; their highly experienced team left nothing wanting. Not only are they very knowledgeable and skilled in many areas (keeping the cost lower than outsourcing portions of the job that would have been more expensive) they were always respectful, professional, and on time. They worked very fast, and had an eye for finer details. They even were considerate of keeping things clean! They were incredibly helpful and flexible when what we wanted at first changed to something new during the remodel process. Powell Construction is the only contractor I will use now. Need a home renovation, gate, add on, new floors, new home built, call David Powell construction. They recently did some interior renovation for me and I couldn’t be happier with the work that was done! Always on time to work and the workers were clean and respectful.
